Gay cleric Darnell Gooch clubs and cusses but “still anointed”

goochIts sad when a so-called pastor stands up on Sunday morning and brags about going to clubs and cussing people out and the audience cheers him on. But such is the upside down world of the gay church. We’re finding out that the unsaved homosexual church hypocrites are doing a good job aping the unsaved heterosexual hypocrites in the church.

Darnell Gooch, who started a homosexual church in Memphis a couple of years ago,  tries to justify profanity and frequenting lust clubs to make a bizarre analogy about satan “playa hatin” on the anointing. With a roll of the neck and some hip wiggling, Gooch rants “Yeah I did it! I’m still anointed. I went out last night, but yeah Im still anointed.  I cussed somebody out yesterday, but Im still anointed. ”

Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. On account of these the wrath of God is coming. In these you too once walked, when you were living in them. But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth. Col 3:5-8

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, 12 training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, Titus 2:11

  1. saint james says:

Be NOT DECIEVED GOD is not mocked. For whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap. If you sow to the flesh you will reap corruption… The wages of sin is death… This poor, rebellious, reprobate is held in a strong delusion.

True saint james. A wise man once referred to Samson regarding those who foolishly handle the anointing: “I ate honey out of a dead lion carcass; but I’m still anointed! I went into a prostitute last night, but I’m still anointed! I told Delilah the secret of my consecration but. I’m shaking myself and nothing is happening!”

Personally, I dont think Gooch ever had any anointing to brag about in the first place. Satan does not oppose himself or those who are under his influence.

If the anointing you claim is IN you cant destroy the yoke obviously ON you, then you have nothing but fake pentecostal histronics. Is 10:27

  3. Now as for this person, who cusses and clubs, well, are you really surprised? He does not even have a form of godliness and his so-called-anointing is the same kind that got satan kicked out of heaven, don’t burst his bubble, let him continue to waddle in deceit. Let’s not throw the precious pearls to the swine. Shake the dust off your feet, and keep crying out against sin. When “GOD” Almighty gets tired of the foolishness, he’s going to whet his glittering sword, and his hand will take hold of judgment, and he will render vengeance to his enemies, and will reward them that hate him. Now that will be great! God is going to make his arrows drunk with blood and his sword is going to devour flesh, so this man has something to look forward to, and he’ll see what happens to his so-called anointing!

you don’t know that this is the “pearls before swine” spoken of by Jesus—I was saved from homosexuality by people continuing to throw pearls of the gospel at me, even when I rejected them for a time

you’re also quoting the song of moses and a description of God’s vengeance against those who fought against the Israelites–not a promise made by God to all people for ALL TIME

I pray for you Ruth, that you might find it in the Spirit to forgive this man and pray for the salvation of His soul. Yes and also for those begin deceived by his evil message. But let us not forget the Paul was a Christian-killer, and God saved him.

musician101…A lot of people and “Christians” miss a very key and great point made when you said this is not a promise made by God to all people for ALL TIME”.

To get a grip on the Old Testament, it is pertinent we discern a loving and caring God who instituted laws and commands for Israel’s own good. Old Testament covenant wasn’t a universal ideal and was never intended to be so. God’s greatest ideal for human redemption was done at the Cross at Calvary.

God’s laws were progressive and had intent for the betterment of women and slaves and others in Old Testament time. While His redemptive movement operated with progression for many in Israel, the same cannot be said about homosexuality.

Scripture from beginning to end is uniformly negative against homosexual activity. Thanks for sharing that great point.

I don’t really think i’m disagreeing with you? but I’m kind of confused at your point?

i realize there is a larger scope to everything in scripture, i.e. 2 Tim 3:16 that all of it is God-breathed and such, and therefore in some way applicable to us, even if just in the sense that it reveals more about God’s character and holiness in His interaction with the Israelites

but no, you cannot extrapolate that a specific, promised earthly demise will befall homosexuals from a prophecy moses relayed to the israelites thousands of years ago concerning their foes. you can certainly ascertain that from other scripture, like Romans 1:26 or Psalm 49

It’s not that laws God gave the israelites weren’t for the betterment of themselves, nor that scripture isn’t uniform in it’s discussion of homosexuality

i take issue with the heart of the original comment

Gotcha… I agree with what you said. I got off base and hijacked on the point you made about “promise made by God to all people for ALL TIME”. Apologize.

      • You can’t have the Old Testament without the New Testament and Vice Versa, we are a ‘spiritual Israel’, if we have been born of the water and spirit, after repentance (Acts @:38), therefore, the Hx of Israel, the experiences, the failures, etc., were ‘Types & Shadows’ of things to come. Your word is no more valid than mine, that is to me, so you really do not know, what I know, how do you know it isn’t? Revelation from God? Homosexuality, Lying, Murder, etc., are all sins and such were some of you (us)…now we are washed, we are sanctified (I Corinthians 6:9-12), however, “I believe the Pastors (Under Shepherds), Elders, Evg., Bishops, etc., should live by a higher standard, and in this case, if he truly represents the true and living God, the word tells us, he can’t have two masters. He sounds like an “Apostate” according, to II Timothy 3 & 4. Apostasy differs from error, where truth is concerned, sometimes it may be caused by ignorance or heresy (satan’s snare). Apostasy is irremediable! There’s only one remedy…judgment. God doesn’t change…true Israel was under the Law, we are under Grace, “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid…the truth of the matter is that everyone will not be saved. When you say you are ‘anointed’, that is by God, then you are witness yourself, that God’s anointing destroys the ‘yokes’, sin will not be our life style and we certainly will not boast about our sins. I praise God for your deliverance, you can’t make people accept the gospel, and sometimes you have to leave them to the god they serve and from the reports, if valid, I know his god, the one with the little ‘g’. God is not going to strive with us always, somebody is going to the ‘Lake of Fire’ and I don’t want it to be me. Not everyone loves Jesus!…as a matter of fact. See I Timothy 1:20; 2 Timothy 4:10. Bro. musician, he has not offended me, per se, I do pray for the unsaved, regardless, of the sin, I am in the Race too, you just get weary when those who say they represent Jesus, produce unrighteous fruit and become a ‘stumbling block’ to those who really are confused about holiness, sanctification and salvation. God does not change, sin will be judged in ‘Every Dispensation’, no getting around it. Blessings
