Episcopal Bishop threatened by church for refusal to accept homosexuality

Its been proven the Episcopal Church has, for the most part, lost its standing as a church dedicated to Jesus Christ. Instead, it has become a haven for foul spirits and new theologies which continue to push it over the edge of apostasy.

In our opinion this lurch into the darkness has come at the organization’s insane attempt at “inclusion”, primarily of homosexual sin as a “gift of God”. We won’t belabor that point, but you should know what will happen in other churches should this model currently in operation in the Episcopal and UCC, become a reality in your church. The wicked rulers of the Episcopal Church, led by Bishop Katherine Schori,  intends to exact revenge on those who will not bow to the false gods they have set up in the house of God.

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. Proverbs 29:2

Take for example, the Bishop of the Pittsburgh diocese who is under threat of “discipline” for his refusal to accept the religious monarchy’s edit to accept homosexuality as a “gift from God”.

According to an Associated Press story:

Bishop Robert Duncan(pictured) is among the leaders of a conservative U.S. movement that believes the Episcopal Church is abandoning the primary authority of Scripture, with biblical teachings on sexuality being the flashpoint of the debate.

The rift between conservatives and the Episcopal Church, the Anglican body in the U.S., has widened since the denomination consecrated New Hampshire Bishop V. Gene Robinson, who is openly gay, in 2003.

Duncan would not comment on QueenBishop Katharine Jefferts Schori’s [the presiding monarch] letter, which was dated Wednesday, until he addresses the convention, a diocese spokesman said.

“I will say that, to us, it appears to be an attempt to intimidate our convention,” spokesman Peter Frank said.

Jefferts Schori’s letter does not specify what discipline Duncan could face, but warns: “If your course does not change, I shall regrettably be compelled to see that appropriate canonical steps are promptly taken to consider whether you have abandoned the Communion of this Church … and whether you have committed canonical offenses that warrant disciplinary action.”

Duncan could ultimately be “deposed from office and declared to have abandoned communion with the Episcopal church,” Frank said.

Although some falsely claim homosexuals are being persecuted by the church, stories such as these reveal the face of the real persecutors of God’s people.
