Listen people;The songs that Micah Stampley sang were songs from Bishop Jakes’ CD entitled “Hemotions”. Bishop Jakes and EMI Gospel own the master recordings of the songs. The artist have no power over what those record labels decide to do with those songs. You guys need to stop posting negative news about people and making comments about about them; attacking their character when you clearly don’t understand how that industry works. I know for a fact that Micah Stampley didn’t know anything about this project! If an artist records any music with a label for a specific album they do not and will never have the power to determine where that music will be placed in the future. Micah Stampley does his best to stay clear of controversial issues and he would have never agreed to participating on this recording.
Furthermore, if Micah was clueless about this project I wonder how many of the other artist were as well.

When will Black people realize that they have been made a fool of? We wanted a Black President so bad that we didn’t care nor try to question anything Obama stood for. And it’s even more sad that when someone who can see it for what it really is comes out and speaks about it, they get jumped on by every Black person that voted for him. Yes, I understand the oppression and stuggles Black folks have endured over the years, but does that constitue you comprimising your belief in Jesus Christ? This is why the church is loosing their voice, we willingly give our rights away to some “black man” who clearly doesn’t care for Black people….PERIOD. I didn’t vote for him, don’t really dig him, but I pray for him that he comes under the conviction of the Lord for the agenda that he’s trying to push. Remember in the Bible when the Children of Israel wanted a king so bad, when they should have realized that God was their king? We wanted a Black President so bad that we forgot about the Lord. Now the world will see and when we as Blacks finally realize what’s going on, it will be too late.

WHOOO I still see it’s very hard for Many Black folks to let the Bush Hatred go and see Obma for what he is!!…As a young black woman..it didn’t have to pray, seek God or fast to NOT vote for Obama…his PRO FILTHY Homosexual agenda was apparent and so was his PRO death at any cost abortion stance…It is sickening that Black People still defend him, and then use Bush as a scapegoat… That is soo. sad, he is ushering in the ANTI christ and people compare that to the IRaq war…maybe we should stop worshipping Obama!! that’s what the BIble likes to call FALSE GOD WORSHIP…Pictures on shirts with HOPE underneath a BLATANT blasphemy of the HOly WOrd……Come on Gwen, I pray you get understanding..and fast.

Melvin, that wouldn’t be a bad idea for Christians to contribute to some kind of independent party that stands for Godly values…hard to say though if we could ever win elected office but who knows?
