And neither does the Bible.

The most recent statisticsreleased by the Centers for Disease Control confirm what we have known for sometime. AIDS is largely a disease of homosexual men. That includes any men who have sex with other men whether that man has consensual sex, is “out”, closeted, has occasional homosex, is christian, nonchristian, loving,  whether it is forced or in any other context. The fact remains that sex with other men is a killer. The statistics don’t lie.

Are we saying that no one but gay men get HIV? No, not at all. But in the face of sustained lies that AIDS is “an equal opportunity disease”, statistics show that’s a half truth at best and manipulation at worst. With all the talk about black women being most at risk, the statistics still show what has been true every since HIV/AIDS got on the medical profession’s radar.

Last month, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that more than 56,000 people in the United States become newly infected with the human immunodeficiency virus each year, far more than previous estimates of about 40,000.

Now the CDChas further analyzed those numbers to find the fatal and incurable virus largely infects men who have sex with men, or MSM — a group that includes gays, bisexuals and men who may have the occasional sexual encounter with other men.

“The male-to-male sexual contact transmission category represented 72 percent of new infections among males, including 81 percent of new infections among whites, 63 percent among blacks, and 72 percent among Hispanics,” the report said.

Of the new infections in 2006, more than half were among gay and bisexual men, the CDC found. Of these, 46 percent of new infections were among whites, 35 percent among blacks and 19 percent in Hispanics.

But among the overall U.S. population, more blacks are affected — 46 percent of new infections were among blacks.

The CDC said it needed to redouble prevention efforts, especially in the black community.

There is no cure for the AIDS virus, which is transmitted in bodily fluids such as blood, semen and breast milk. Around the world, sexual contact is by far the most common mode of transmission although people who use contaminated needles can be infected, and blood transfusions also can cause infection.

This is exactly why the Bible is so strongly against ALL forms of fornication. Especially if a person claims to be a Christian, sex is out of the question unless it is contained with the male-female covenant marriage model God us. I repeat ALL forms of fornication will subject you to self judgment, adultery of ALL kinds will subject you to self judgement.

People may talk about a cure all they want. God is the source of knowledge and if he with holds the knowledge for a cure from man, perhaps we can deduce that he wants people to turn away from their sins and give their lives to him. Secondly, the broader message to Christians is you are to control, restrict and repress (through the power of the Spirit) all desire which are against the will of God. That is called self-discipline, which is one of the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22). Self discipline is as important as love. Those who do not have the Spirit have only their “smarts” and human willpower to avoid sin’s many, many diseases. But like a deadly russian roulette game, sooner or later it will get them.

You can’t preach AIDS away and you can’t pray it away. You can’t stop it with high profile movie stars in media campaigns. Billions of dollars have been dumped into bottomless hole of ”research” and “safe sex” messages, but that hasn’t and won’t stop it. You can’t stop it with condoms or cute “prevention” messages. Some gay run HIV organizations have used even used hardcore porn to stem the flow of infections and they have failed miserably.  A French AIDS organization is trying fear factor ads (comments prove it is a failure).  Some gay christian leaders have claimed because the church preaches homosexuality is a sin it causes people shame and because of the shame they go out and commit ”unsafe” sex acts. That is ridiculous logic. Obama and others claim silence is killing people. Who’s silence? AIDS prevention is big, high profile business in the US.  

Daniel Halperin, a senior research scientist at the Harvard School of Public Health actually called for less spending on AIDS. He chided those who criticized President Bush’s plan to spend 30 billion dollars to “fight” AIDS in the US aloneover the next five years. Halperin said, “Even the current $15 billion in spending represents an unprecedented amount of money aimed mainly at a single disease. ”

What if by a triple long shot, ”homophobia” was the cause of HIV cases and AIDS deaths? I still believe that if homophobia and so-called “homophobes” were completely eradicated from the face of the earth, HIV infections would continue and AIDS would still be the #1 killer of homosexual men and the sexually immoral. The big secret they don’t seem to get is that you can’t outsmart sin.

AIDS is not a judgement on homosexuality, it is a judgement on rebellion.

That’s because the root of the problem is spiritual.  That’s because people reject the rule of God, believing they can control their own lives, but they cant. They stubbornly believe they are more intelligent and that will save them. Their pride will not allow them to admit that the sexual acts they engage in are not God’s intent and thus subject themselves to greater  harm and even death.

Some misguided people –even Christians– exacerbate the problem by saying that the consequences of sexual immorality are not a judgment from God. They say that people only need compassion and love. But Paul warned the church again, that judgment for sexual immorality is fact commanded to him by Christ. Please pay close attention to what is written here in 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8:

Furthermore then, we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received from us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more.    For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus.  For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:  that every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor,  not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles who know not God;   that no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.  For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.    He therefore that despiseth this, despiseth not man but God, who hath also given unto us His holy Spirit.

I don’t say this because of hate for anyone, but to warn you that if you believe a lie, you will die. Don’t harden your heart and blame the church or homophobia. If you are not saved, give your life to Christ NOW, accept his Holy Spirit and then by the power of his Spirit, stop all sexual activities which are not God’s will. Save yourself by obeying God. Disobey God and you will reap exactly what you sow.
