The blessings of justification

The beauty of God’s word is that He has designed it to be the very food the soul needs for sustenance (Matthew 4:4). Without it, the soul withers and is destined for eternal torment apart from God. By taking it in and letting it nourish and protect our souls, we are able to find the pathway to God. What a glorious realization this is that can only be found in His word. As we begin this “Week in the word” I want to make sure you are blessed and encouraged by this very important biblical truth:

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16

Consider if you will what the Apostle Paul writes in Romans 5:1 “Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

What is Justification?

First, there’s no way to understand (and appreciate) our justification unless we understand (and accept) the reason why God had to justify us in the first place. Justification is being declared NOT GUILTY by God. You are like a man who has committed and been proven guilty of a crime, God—despite the evidence—declares you not guilty and orders that your record be wiped clean! In this case God is both judge and jury, exonerating you based on the standard of His righteousness. Your responsibility? Believe and accept it by faith.

Bible teacher John MacArthur wrote once that “God has declared Himself to be a war with every human being because of man’s sinful rebellion against Him and His Laws.”

“For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.” Romans 5:10

We were enemies (actively opposed or hostile to someone or something) of God when He sent His Son to die on the cross for our sins. We were indeed hostile to God and His righteousness. The unregenerated nature of man wanted sin and would go great lengths to get it. It fights against God not in a natural sense with guns and bombs, but in a spiritual sense by rebellion and disobedience.

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.Romans 1:18

Beloved we must reorient of the character of God as revealed through the scriptures so that we get the gravity of his extravagant gift to us. Here it is: God hates sin and His wrath is against man’s sinfulness not man himself. Our unrighteousness suppresses His truth. So even those who have never heard the gospel still suppress His truth in their hearts because they are not submitted to his authority. This inward moral law is not of men but has been placed there by God. Alone, man has no ability to restrain himself morally.

God reveals His wrath in two ways. 1. Natural consequences of violating His universal law 2. Directly through His personal intervention.

Divine wrath produces the cure for sin

Justification is actually a legal forensic term that comes from the Greek word for “righteous” and means “to declare righteous”. As I said before, everyone who receives it does so by faith in the work of Christ on the cross, thus they have their sins removed from their account and the righteousness of Christ is imputed unto them. They are now at peace with God and no longer His enemies under His divine wrath against sin. This is an eternal security.

If the imagery of a court room, judge, trial, conviction comes to mind, that’s exactly how you should visualize the biblical perspective of justification. God’s wrath against sin has always been there even if we don’t want to talk about it. From the time when He flooded  entire earth saving only 8 people to when he destroyed Pharaoh and the Egyptian army as they pursued the Children of Israel. Remember he slew the firstborn of Egypt who didn’t have the blood of the lamb on their door post.

The wrath of God is also stored up against those who reject the sacrifice of Jesus Christ as the propitiation (appeasement) of God’s wrath against sin.

“Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.” Ephesians 5:6

Why is the wrath of God upon them? According to the scriptures.

“But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints. Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, which are out of place, but instead let there be thanksgiving. For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.” Ephesians 5:3-5

Because of all the sin the wrath of God comes upon and will eventually overcome those who have not believed in Christ Jesus. Colossians 3:5-6

We all rightfully deserved the wrath/anger of God but instead of being poured out on us, Jesus took our place.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins.” Romans 3:23-25

After God’s righteous anger had been appeased by the suffering and death of Christ, then peace with God was made possible.

Paul said: “Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 5:1

Take note that it didn’t say that you are being justified or that you will be justified. He said you HAVE BEEN JUSTIFIED! The death of Christ on the cross is not some on and off power that might save you if you continue to “be a good person”. NO! The death of Christ on the cross is an eternal work that has eternal ramifications (a consequence of an action or event).

Therefore, we know that by our faith in Christ we have an eternal security. Not because you always do what God says (of course those who are truly saved will do what God says by the power of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit because without holiness no man shall see God (Hebrew 12:14), but by your faith in Christ which includes repentance of sin. If you continue to do what God says, it is an indication of true conversion.

Justification isn’t merit based, its mercy based. No one can qualify themselves, only God can do this for us!

“Those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.” Romans 8:30

Black Gospel Music riding “new cart” apostasy

Black Gospel music has long been a draw to get people into the institutionalized church. Many people will come to a church to hear the choir sing before they will come to hear the preacher preach.  New competition shows like How Sweet the Sound are now elevating the spiritually nebulous choir to greater prominence as representatives of the black church, while sex and money scandals are diminishing the role of  the preacher.

GCM Watch has covered the rampant homosexuality entrenched in the Black Gospel music industry before here and  here .  However, you should be aware that industry workers are using the “new cart method” of traveling gospel music/comedy tours, gospel music artists appearing on late night talk-shows, and gospel music artists  partnering with ungodly secular artists allegedly to “reach the youth”.

What is new cart method? If you read 1 Chronicles 13 ,it tells how King David used a new cart to bring the ark of the covenant into Jerusalem,  following the pattern of the Philistines who used a new cart to transport the ark of the covenant. The Philistines didn’t know any better because they were unaware of the methods and restrictions of transporting the Ark which literally housed the presence of God.  As King, David should have known better, because Israel were covenant people.  The scripture records that as the ark was being moved it almost fell to the ground. But a man named Uzzah instinctively reached to steady it. When his hand touched it, he was killed instantly . Judgment was swift because King David didn’t seek the proper order of the Lord. Uzzah was the son of Abinadab where the ark of the covenant had been stored at his fathers house for years. He had been around the ark nearly all his life, however he was ignorant and didn’t understand that God required his commands to be followed to the letter. And in his zeal without knowledge it cost him his life.

Deadly mix: strange fire, gospel music and new carts

As reported by gcmwatch, you have Mary Mary toured with R&B artist Maxwell and made guest appearances on BET’s 106 and Park,  Kirk Franklin and Steve Harvey (yes the one with the profane mouth) are now together on a “gospel comedy tour”.  A slew of gospel music artists are now making foot kissing missions to the foul mouthed comedian Monique. Who are they?  Kirk Franklin Yolanda Adams, Marvin SappTye Tribbett , Deitrick Haddon, Vickie Winans, Bebe and Cece Winans, Shirely Caesar, David and Tamela Mann to name a few.

In the process of attempting to be relevant to the world, to make church hip and cool, the gospel music industry has put the glory of God on new carts to win the world’s acceptance. Instead of relying on the Holy Spirit to convict lost sinners in the world to repent and be saved, acceptance and false love seems to be the goal. Gospel music is a means to the end of achieving that acceptance.

Defending Mary Mary’s worldly partnerships, a person commenting on Facebook said, “the church needs more relevant music that would draw young people”. That’s a major error circulating with black gospel devotees. It elevates music/entertainment over Jesus Christ and over scripture as the guide for so-called evangelism. But didn’t Jesus say if “I be lifted up from the earth I will draw all men unto Him.” Church folk have lifted up their gospel idols more than Jesus Christ, and the results reflect that.  It has produced a spiritually shallow,  carnal minded Christians.  The new cart method creates opposition to Five-Fold ministry which is the proper order of the Church to equip and edify the saints. Utimately, God’s gifts are to bring the body of Christ to maturity so that we’re not tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine. Music does have a place in the church, but it was not intended to  usurp the authority of Jesus Christ and his governmental gifts.

The proper order of music ministry

After the mess the gospel music industry has caused with its illegitimate “ministry”, concerned music ministers should seek to right the cart using God’s proper order within the Church.

1. Singers should sing unto the Lord, and should praise Him in the beauty of holiness(2 Chromicles 20:21). They should be separated from the world unto God. Both singers and musicians should have an inward disposition of reverence and purity, and resists all that offends the holy nature of God(1 Chronicles 16:29).

2. Songs sung in the House of God should be unto the Lord, and not for entertainment purposes to entertain the flesh and people(1 Chronicles 25:7). Songs that are sung should glorify God.

3.  True minstrels/musicians help set spiritual atmosphere for the supernatural which does not include thrill seeking song that appeal to the flesh (2 Kings 3:15).

4. Singing and the use of musical instruments being sung and played unto the Lord should be used for spiritual warfare (2 Chronicles 20:20-24; 1 Samuel 16:23).

5. The church should only accept  songs and music which are —like scripture— inspired by the  Holy Spirit ( Ephesians 5:19 ; 1 Chronicles 25:1-6).

6.  A difference between holy and unholy should always be the standard in music. Gospel music artist who claim to love God, should not partner with those who promote ungodliness, sexual immorality and use gratuitous profanity. (1 John 2:15-16 ; 2 Chronicles 19:2).

7.  The cult of celebrity should be destroyed as quickly as possible at its roots. True singers and musicians of God reflect Jesus and serve people, instead of  demanding service and accolades. (Mark 10:45).

8. Use singing and music to lead people into true sacrifice unto the Lord( Hebrews 13:15).

Pastors, leaders, church singers, and church musicians must repent from the new cart method, sanctify and follow the order of the Lord . To avoid God’s  judgment, HIS church must return to holy living.  Its a disgrace to our Lord to lead people into entertainment based false worship of people and gifts. Jesus wants back into your church. Now.

Let’s talk about hate

Look around you and if you haven’t noticed, everybody is talking about love.  People adore it, idolize it, romanticize it, sing about it and write best selling books about it. But what about hate? Why is hate treated like the bubonic plague, like some alien concept no human being should ever be associated with? Why is love treated as the great uniter, while hate is seen as the great divider?  Perhaps the only time you publicly hear about hate is when the homosexual movement and its hypocritical allies are in serial screed mode screaming “thou shalt not hate” at the rest of the world.

In contrast, the contemporary church and in particular the image whores who psychobabble on Christian television every week would NEVER talk about hate because it would ruin their carefully manicured images of love and acceptance.

But what does the Bible teach about hate? Are we allowed or even expected  to hate certain things and certain people? Does God hate people? Is all hate a sin? You’d be surprised to find out that hate has gotten a bad rap by bible haters.

Have you noticed that while those who continuously call for “NO H8″ and put silver tape around their mouths then take model shots don’t have a problem showing their hate and disdain for truth and those who advocate for the truth about homosexuality? Remember the popular bumper sticker  —”Hate is not a family value”— that the political inclusionistas sported when the nation was debating a constitutional amendment against same sex marriage? It generally was put on a gay rainbow flag background so there was no mistaking who the so-called “hate” was being directed at. And the unspoken inference was that homosexual “love” was a family value  Proponents contended that people “hated” homosexuals because they feared what they didnt understand. If that logic is good for one side, shouldn’t it be applicable for the other? The reason homosexuals hate and fear the truth is because they don”t understand it.

Because people use the word hate in ways that seem only to benefit their presuppositions, it has spawned all types of language weapons such as: “hate crimes”, “hate speech” and the dreaded “homophobia”.

Desplendering hate

Truth is we live in a world system that misunderstands and misapplies hate primarily because they misunderstand God and his word. Jesus said,  “The world will hate you because they hated me” (Mt 10:22, Mark 13:13, Luke 21:17, John 15:18).  And isn’t it interesting that he used the word hate, not dislike. And isn’t it interesting that he said the world would never love us because we identify with and tell HIS truth?  The world eschews hate only when its to their benefit to do so.

Hate has various uses and definitions which must be applied appropriately if we are to have an honest conversation about it.

Its impossible to list all the shades, variations and nuances of hate.  Like legion, they are many. Some hate is morally neutral while some hate is morally sinful. For  example, I can say that I hate cole slaw (and I really do) and no one would blink an eye. But if I said I hate Barak Obama (and I don’t), some people would be ready to call the secret service. Some hate causes people to stay away from dangerous things while some hate causes people to commit dangerous acts.

Thus, not all hate is wrong. The variations of hate can fall into one of the following three main categories:

1. Relative preference/consideration or judgment of one thing over another. No man can serve two masters, he will love the one and hate the other (Matt 6:24)
2. Malicious and/or unjustifiable feelings against another whether innocent of guilty.
3. an extreme aversion towards that which is evil or the acts of people which are considered evil

Its always wrong to hate people (whether their actions are right or wrong) but its never wrong to hate the actions of people which God has said are sinful. That’s a perfect place to segue to loving people and hating sin.

True or false?: Love the sinner, hate the sin

You have heard it many times before that we should love the sinner, hate the sin. Perhaps you have said it yourself. Personally, I put that statement in the same category as “God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve”. Both are trite cliches and I hate them, however both are true in context.

We may all have our opinions about what constitutes hate and what should or should not be allowed, but what does God say and are we willing to accept what he says?

“Through thy precepts [God's Word] I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way” (Psalm 119:104)

David’s words form the foundation and orientation for how and what we should hate. We do not have unfettered liberty to hate as it is closely confined to only “what God hates”. And here we discover that God hates every false way. How do we determine what is a false way? The only way to determine what is a false way is to compare it to God’s true way as stated in his word. We know homosexuality is a false way because God did not create the male and female and tell them to find someone of the same gender and have sex with them. That simply does not exist. Thus, all sexual activities that are outside of what God commanded and blessed are false ways and false roads. We know where a false road leads to.  And we have liberty to hate them as he does.

Yet, we must be careful that our hate is not prejudicial or motivated by personal vendettas apart from God. The scriptures are clear on that.

Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. 1 John 3:15

Such hatred is malicious and does not reflect the divine nature rather it reflects the nature of satan. John frames his words with the story of Cain and Abel who represent humanity.

Hating the deeds of the sinner is well within the realm of our biblical responsibilities. It is not a sin. If it was then Jesus himself sinned. In Revelation 2:6, he praised the church at Ephesus for “hating the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I hate also”.

The deeds of the Nicolaitans have been seen as any teaching that would enslave others to false teaching. False teachers and their false teachings enslave others and the Lord Jesus Christ hates that! As David said in Psalm 119, we should hate every false way.

Its important to note that Christ didnt say he hated the Nicolaitans, but their deeds (actions). Our posture towards sin (even in us) should be antagonistic. To attempt to coexist with what God hates is dangerous for the spirit. Already we have seen the devastating effects of what happens when the church embraces and tolerates what God hates.  God hates and it is not a contradiction of his love essence.

Do some people actually hate homosexuals? Of course they do. They are full of sin and hating people is a product of that sin. Do some homosexuals hate people? Of course they do and in addition to their sexual immorality, they too are full of sin and hate is a product of sin.

But as followers of Jesus Christ, we should hate what he hates and only love what he loves. He hates all sin and loves all people. Everything we do should be motivated by love of God, his Word and God’s plan for humanity.

Alert!:Sodomy Revival Among USA Teens

By Shofarsound

Alert! Alert! Alert! Sodomy Revival Among USA Teens.

Churches tell your teenagers to flee Babylon and its plagues! Christian teens make your “Exodus” out of Babylon now! Don’t look back to Sodom/Babylon like Lot’s wife!

Lil WayneThere is a revival of sodomy going in our country, especially among our teens. Young people are being deceived by Satan to participate in other methods of premarital sex outside of vaginal intercourse.  As if premarital sex in itself wasn’t bad enough.  Which other methods am I speaking of?  Oral and anal sex.   Some girls believe that by participating in these other forms of sex they are maintaining their virginity.   Deceived by the lies of the devil, they honestly believe they are keeping themselves “pure”.  Unfortunately, they don’t realize that they’ve defiled themselves along with their male counterparts.  Proverbs 14:12 says, “ There is a way that which seemeth right unto man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

Where does sodomy originate from? It originates from pagan idol worship. In the Bible primarily sodomy was among the worship of Baal.  Male and female prostitutes committed acts of sodomy as a form of worship to Baal. Sodomy was widely practiced by the people dwelling in Canaan.  The American Heritage Dictionary defines sodomy as,  “anal or oral copulation of one male with another, anal or oral copulation with a member of the opposite sex, and copulation with an animal.”  The book of Leviticus tells us that the practice of man with a man (sodomy), and bestiality (sodomy/ sleeping with animals) among other things were forbidden by Yahweh. Jewish law bans all acts of sex outside of intercourse between husband and wife.  This includes masturbation, anal sex, oral sex, and intercourse of unmarried people in Israel. In the music industry you have several prophets and evangelist of Baal and sodomy.

Several years ago rap artist 50 Cent had a song called “Candy Shop”.   He also had another song he did with Lil’ Kim called “Magic Stick.”

He also had another song he did with Lil’ Kim called “Magic Stick.”   Both songs  glorify a woman having oral sex, or committing sodomy, with a man.  The latest prophet and evangelist of sodomy is popular a New Orleans  rapper named  Lil’ Wayne. He had a  hit song called “Lollipop in 2008.”  This song makes references to a woman giving a man oral sex, and vice versa. Imagine a young person who listens to the lyrics of this song day and night.  Its the opposite of Joshua 1:8!  Instead of meditating on the law or the Lord,  s/he is meditating day and night on oral sex, lust, perversion, and fornication. By meditating on the song “Lollipop”, any young person is going to fail at living holy, being  righteous, submitting to the voice of the Holy Ghost which is able to keep them from falling into sexual immorality (Jude 24). When young people begin to sing along or listen to the lyrics of “Lollipop” they are letting Lil’ Wayne prophesy oral sex (a curse of sodomy) into their life.  Proverbs 18:21 tells us death and life is in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

What Lil’ Wayne won’t tell in his song is that oral sex can lead into sexually transmitted diseases of herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and human pappilloma virus (HPV). Doctors have now found that HPV causes cancer of the throat.  And what do you know?  There is now a rise in the number of young men with throat cancer resulting from heterosexual and homosexual oral sex.  Physicians are now recommending that not just girls and young women receive the vaccine for HPV, but are asking the government’s permission to start giving the vaccine shot to boys. Doctors say that if the current trends continue within the next ten years there maybe more oral cancers in the United States caused by HPV than tobacco or alcohol.

Lil’ Wayne is not only a prophet of sodomy, but a prophet of death.  The type of lifestyle he raps about is a “death style”, that leads to diseases, death (Romans 6:23) and eternal separation from God.

Some churches they promote “virginity pledges” among their young people to wait and have sex until marriage.  Unfortunately, many of these program do not work for the following reasons: 1. They don’t promote sanctification, holiness, and transformation of the mind and  2. They lack the proper teaching of taking a vow onto the Lord.  If you take a vow unto the Lord you must keep it. Going through a nice virginity pledge ceremony and receiving a pledge ring doesn’t ward off temptation and demonic influence[here ,here, here].  Most kids that go through these pledges don’t keep them and unfortunately, most attempt to find loopholes of avoiding vaginal intercourse by engaging in anal and oral sex(sodomy). This is the  deception of them thinking that they are maintaining there virginity by not engaging in vaginal intercourse. However, using anal and oral sex as alternatives causes these teens to become new converts of sodomy, thus becoming sodomites instead of saints.

Anal sex opens a person up to anal cancer, HPV, chlamydia, hepatitis, herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, and HIV.  Both acts of sodomy (anal and oral sex) make a young person susceptible to disease and expose him or her to unclean perverse spirits that form a sexual stronghold in their life.  Sodomy can possibly damage young people throughout their adult life if they don’t get delivered through the “blood of Jesus Christ.”

Unfortunately parents don’t teach or talked to their kids about sex and the majority of churches don’t teach the youth about sex.  Most learn about sex through friends, videos, television, music, internet, sex education in school, and pornography.  Don’t let Lil’ Wayne or any other entertainer teach your young people about sex.  But let us be the ones who tell them that that the right type of sex is not dirty, but beautiful and wonderful between a husband and his wife.

We have to turn our young people from the “gospel of sodomy” to the true gospel of Jesus Christ.  We must turn sodomites to saints through repentances from anal and oral sex. Our kids in these days have to be taught the difference between unholy and holy, and the unclean versus the clean (Leviticus 10:10-11).

Parents be vigilant (1 Peter 5:8) with your kids!  Establish and maintain open and honest communication with them.  Check out their Myspace and Facebook pages and check to see if the content is of a sexual nature.  Find out what CDs they listen to and/or the songs they download to their ipods.  What are their favorite videos on Youtube?  Pray in your children’s rooms and anoint it.  Ask the Holy Ghost to lead and guide you to know if they’re involved in sexual promiscuity. We must fight a good fight to make sure that this generation is walking in the victory of sexual purity. We are all in a serious spiritual war for the souls of our young people.  We must make sure that they will receive eternal life instead of eternal damnation.

Another Jesus?: a false christ by any other name

By brdavision

Wrong belief has always been a folly of man. From the moment Eve heard these words “Ye, shall not surely die.” and believed them, till now, man has been consumed with believing a lie. That lie destroyed our relationship with God, and also cursed this earth that we live on. Why was Eve deceived? Because she was tempted by the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life.

But God in His infinite wisdom always had a plan to bring us back to Him. Jesus Christ: His one and only begotten son. John 3:16 Jesus delighted to do the will of  Father as the scriptures declared: “Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offerings and sin offering hast thou not required. Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.” Psalm 40:6-8

Jesus provided THE bridge for man to get back to God. In the dirty cess pool of false teaching that message of redemption by the death of Christ on the cross is often lost and deemed obsolete. People want to hear how they can prosper and be healthy and rich now.

“Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.” Matthew 24:4 Jesus also said: “Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christ’s, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Matthew 24:23-25

These false christs, that Jesus was speaking about are here right now. They may be called by other names to hide their true identity, but a false christ is a false christ no matter what the name. Each false movement has its own false doctrine, false teachers and made to order false christ. And you can always tell a false christ by checking their birth certificates.

Word of Faith leaders claim that Jesus did not pay for your sins on the cross. They claim that after he died on the cross, He went into hell and was under the authority of satan and his demons for three days. They also claim He was tortured and paid the cost for our sins in hell. Then, on the third day, God called out and said “That is enough!” then Jesus regained His deity and rose from the dead.

What’s the big deal you ask? This is a false belief! Christ paid the cost of sin on the cross not in hell. This is a distorted view of Christ, and a very dangerous one at that. Because its covered up by the word of faith vomit.

Word of faith teachers tell their followers that they can speak into existence whatever they want and as long as they believe it, God will do it. They completely remove sovereignty from God, and give it to man who now becomes self centered instead of God centered. God is then downgraded to a genie or farie Godfather. John MacArthur explained that these false teachers are giving the people exactly what satan offers. The pride of Life, the lust of the eyes, and the Lust of the Flesh.

This is why the ministry of warning is one of such importance. People, even the very elect, are being deceived. God poured His full wrath out on Jesus on the cross for all sins. Even the ones that hadn’t been committed yet.

When Jesus had completely paid the entire cost of sin on the cross He said: “It is finished.” John 19:30 The cost of sin had been paid and there was nothing else that needed to be done. God’s justice had been served and now we could be justified by our faith.

Then Jesus said: “Father into thine hand I commend my spirit…” Luke 23:46 This completely eradicates the word of faith doctrine belief that Jesus went to hell to be tortured for the sins of humanity. Jesus went to the place where all dead souls go called Sheol/Hades. Which had two sides, one side for the righteous and another side for the wicked. Read Luke 16:19-31

The Rich man, after he died, opened His eyes in hell or Sheol/Hades. The bibles clearly states he was being tormented. Lazarus however was seen in Abraham’s bosom, also know as Paradise. Remember the dialog between Jesus and the theif on the cross? ”And he (the thief) said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, to day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” Luke 23:42-43

Now 1 John 1:7-9 says: “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” If Jesus supposedly paid for our sins in hell then we are still guilty of sin. Why? Because Jesus’ physical body stayed here on earth and went into a tomb after the crucifixion.

The bible says: “This man (Joseph of Arimathaea) went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.” Luke 23:52-53. Jesus’ Spirit is what went into Sheol/Hades, if He was tortured how could blood come from a spirit? That’s not possible! The blood from Jesus was shed on the cross of Calvary. There, and only there was our true redemption purchased.

Jesus said: ”I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 Those who believe in a false Christ are still in danger of going to hell. That’s why we must stand boldly and contend for the faith. There are many souls at risk!

5 ways to identify false Teachers:

1. Test their lifestyle.
2. Test their character.
3. Test their doctrine.
4. Test their influence.
5. Test their prophecies.

SIV (spiritual immunodeficiency virus) is the new HIV

Since GCM Watch began investigating and documenting the biblical and moral errors of the gay christian movement (gcm), over time, it became clear that this movement was the spiritual replica of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) in the body of Christ. A movement riddled with heresy, the parallels are quite stunning.

HIV, like all other viruses, has proteins that are indigenous to itself. These proteins are called “antigens”. Antigens have diverse functions in viral replication. In the case of HIV, a combination of two antigens, gp120 and gp41, allow the virus to hook onto T cells and infect them. The virus pretends to be a healthy cell,  thus fooling the healthy cells to accept it. The consequences are devastating for the body:

  • HIV eventually destroys many of the white blood cells, which protect us against disease.
  • HIV invades and attacks helper T cells, the very cells that direct the body’s defenses. By destroying helper T cells, HIV disables the entire immune system that protects us against diseases.
  • HIV infection leaves people helpless against many other serious infections and cancers.
  • Likewise gay christian doctrine, using the cloak of love, acceptance and peace, presents itself as true and has fooled many unsuspecting Christians into accepting the very thing that destroys relationship with God and sexual integrity in the body of Christ. SIV (Spiritual Immunodificiency Virus) has infected entire denominations and wreaked havoc all over the Christian Church. But instead of fighting the disease with biblical truth and public information, church leaders have coddled it and exposed their members to certain spiritual death.

Seven foundational truths you can’t afford to compromise

We’ve identified seven key foundational truths that the gay christian movement (the little c is used to indicate a false christian) have compromised and/or denied. You can see examples of this here, here and here. These truths are central to our faith and  cannot be compromised. We caution you to arm yourselves with truth, protect your spiritual health and do not accept any doctrine or teaching which detours from the faith once delivered to the saints. Even if an angel from heaven comes and preaches any other doctrine, let them all be accursed.  It only takes a little leaven to leaven the entire lump! Brothers and sisters, that’s how serious this is.

Let no one fool you: orthodoxy and doctrine are important indicators of a person’s spiritual bearing. Alone, they can become the source of ritualistic legalism, but when advanced in the power of the Spirit and love, it forms a solid foundation under the feet of the believer.

    I. The inerrancy and authority of scripture Rom 15:4; 2 Tim 3:16, 1 Pet 1:24,25; 2 Pet 1:20:21

What it means: The authority of Scripture cannot be separated from the authority of God. Whatever the Bible affirms, God affirms. And what the Bible affirms (or denies), it affirms (or denies) with the very authority of God
Why its important to you: The scriptures are your first consult and last check as to whether your actions, words, thoughts are in line with what God says pleases him.
What can happen if you compromise this truth Without the scriptures as your guide, you will be left to your own devices, logic, righteousness and ultimately create your own god who will approve whatever actions, thoughts and words you tell him to. Rm 1: 21-22

II. The identity and divinity of Christ Jn 8:58;10:24-33, 1:1-3, Psalms 90:1

What it means:  Jesus Christ is God who came in the flesh. By his suffering and death, he completely paid for the sins of the world. Consequently those who believe in Him will have eternal life and escape the wrath of God to come.

Why its important to you:  his identity and divinity is important because he uniqueness distinguishes him from others who claim to be him
What can happen if you compromise this truth:  Failure to recognize Christ as God come in the flesh places you at risk for certain deception.

III. The definition of sin Gen 6:5; Ps 53:3, Prov 28:13, Col 3:5-6, Romans 3:23

What it means:  Sin as defined in the original translations of the Bible means to “miss the mark”. The mark in this case is the high standard of perfection established by a holy, sinless and perfect God and evidenced by Jesus (Heb 4:15).  Sin, then is a transgression of God’s standards whether intentional, unintentional, by commission or omission, whether in thought, word or deed.

Why its important to you:  Viewing sin in its biblical definition you will never excuse or justify your actions, words or thoughts when they are in conflict with God’s standards. Rm 3:23 The desired result is a repentant heart, thus maintaining a meaningful relationship with God.
What can happen if you compromise this truth:  If you change the biblical definition of sin, self righteousness is inevitable.

IV. The significance of the Cross Phil 2:5-11, Eph 2:14-16

What it means: The cross is a symbol of ultimate deliverance which comes from the ultimate sacrifice

Why its important to you: You are expected to sacrifice as Christ did to help others find deliverance
    Luke 22:31, Rev 12:11, Luke 9:23
What can happen if you compromise its truth: You will live in fear never fulfilling the purpose of God for your life.

    V. The resurrection of the dead Lu 24:45-47; Jn 21:26,27; Acts 2:23,24; Rom 10:9, 1 Cor 15:13-14

What it means:  The resurrection is the hope of every believer that death will not have victory over us.
Why it is important to you: The resurrection is the cornerstone belief of our faith. If it is not true, then nothing we believe is true.
What can happen if you compromise this truth:  We lose our unique identity as Christians.

VI. The promise of Christ’s coming Mt 26:64; Luke 21:27, John 14:1-3

What it means: Christ promised that he would return and take away all those who believe in him to a place where he now resides. John 14:1,2 His return is imminent and will be without warning.
Why it is important to you: It should cause you to live your life in a state of readiness
What can happen if you compromise its truth: You can become cold, lazy and foolish thus missing his return.

VII. The standard of holiness 1 Thess 4:1-7, Hebrews 12:14, Leviticus 10:10-11, 1 Peter 13-16

What it means: Holiness is a commanded standard of living made possible only through sustained right relationship with God.
Why it is important to you: Without holiness no man shall see the Lord. God commands that we live holy as it is the only accurate spiritual reflection of himself. 1 Thess 4:7
What can happen if you compromise its truth: You open yourself up to believe and accept every wind and doctrine as valid and lose out on eternal life with Christ.

Endnote: Some gcm include elements of the above (holiness, baptism,  Spirit, resurrection, etc)  in their teachings, but it is taught from a perspective relative only to their view that homosexuality being acceptable to God. See one example here.
