Do you think a headline like that would stop other churches from <strike>selling themselves out</strike> competing in this contest? Probably not. That’s why the homosexual choirs are back again sangin’ gospel music. Its more proof that singing gospel music requires zero holiness. In fact, you don’t even have to believe the bible is true.

So they’re back. And sweeter than ever.

Gay choirs are back in the running for Verizon’s capitalistic cash cow How Sweet the Sound. How you ask?

Because HSTS is owned by a secular, pluralistic company whose bottom line is money, there can be no restrictions on who can participate. It can be the Black Temple Church of Satan Mass Choir or Black Temple Church of God in Christ Mass Choir. To Verizon Wireless, they’re all the same. Qualifications per Verizon:

The Choir must have a meaningful and consistent relationship with a church, temple, mosque or other similar religious organization (the “Religious Organization”). The Religious Organization must be a tax-exempt organization as described under sections 501(c)(3) and 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time, and must have a tax-exempt ID number; (our italics).

Please also understand that a great majority of gospel music isn’t what it labels itself to be. Its like a jar labeled as jelly but inside its glue. However they need the name to deceive the shallow-minded. Its money driven.

Last year we reported to you that HSTS judge Dorinda Clark Cole advanced a St Louis based homosexual choir from the Metropolitan Community Church denomination to the competition’s semifinals.

This year, the same choir is back again. With all the blasphemous vomit spewed out by this denomination time and time again, you would think that somebody with a slither of integrity would protest their inclusion. But not so. The lust for money and fame has attracted greedy, ignorant churches lined up once again to “praise the Lord”. And if its any consolation, we can’t single out any denomination. Churches from a smorgasboard of denominations have got on the grind to win the cash prizes and fame for their pastor.

No Light

There is absolutely no way light and darkness can co-exist physically or naturally. They are polar opposites of each other with nothing in common. The same can be said spiritually.

I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness. John 12:46

And the light shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. John 1:5

So what does Marvin Sapp, Hezekiah Walker, Dorinda Clark Cole, CeCe Winans and other celebrity gospel music industry workers not understand about that undeniable truth? To be blunt, satan’s kingdom is characterized by darkness and God’s kingdom is characterized by light. So Marv, Hez, DCC and CeCe are you saying its okay for the two to mix to sing gospel music? How can the blind sing of a glorious light they have never seen? How is it possible to praise a God whose sexual standards you reject? How can you approve and participate in such things knowing the judgment of God against them?

Don’t hold your breath waiting for an answer.

Joining the MCC choir is the “85% gay” Tabernacle Baptist Church and the metaphysical, “new thought”, gay affirming church Hillside Chapel of Truth both in Atlanta.

You can see a list of all the churches involved here. Oh, how ironically sweet it is.

Her comments reveal more about the private Hawkins and confirm that he was at least biblically in error at the time of his death. Unfortunately no sermons or teachings of Hawkins have been made public, but his embrace and apparent teaching of gay inclusion sullies his music legacy. Flunder who is “married” to Hawkins’ cousin Shirley Miller said that anyone who appreciated her progay ministry, must also pay tribute to Hawkins. And black gospel industry stars are lining up to do just that.

“I received an invitation to come and preach at Love Center Church in Oakland, and very reluctantly I went. I had not preached in years. I had planned never to preach again, but that day God transformed my life. I joined that Sunday and the Sunday after I met the leader of my new church family. We called him Pastor Walt. I understood why I was led there when I heard him preach. He spoke with passion, clarity and conviction about the extravagant Grace of God that is greater than all of our shame and guilt. He introduced me to the doctrine of Eternal Security that made me understand that my salvation was not fragile, and that God was not punitive and vindictive. I realized that I was indeed justified by faith and that I had peace with God. What a glorious revelation!

I recall him saying over and over, ”What shall we say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” I became progressively freer every time I heard him. I learned to both love and affirm myself. Pastor Walt became my friend and Brother. We talked regularly, shared vision, traveled the world and designed ministry. He was my Biker Buddy and we spent many hours riding through the hills of Northern California. I remember late night conversations that turned into after church fried chicken, sweet potato pies, (he made them from scratch), and Walt practicing his budding hair styling skills on me. I have fond memories of sitting with him on his piano stool, watching him create brand new music under the influence of the Holy Ghost.

I was blessed to know him and he was the same when we were at the ice cream parlor and when we were at the Stellar Awards. For 10 years I served beside him as his Assistant Pastor and as a member of The Hawkins Family. My love for the transforming power of Gospel music grew under his direction. My call to the Ministry of Radical Inclusivity grew out of his influence.

Bishop Hawkins took the courage to step into uncharted waters and to preach a liberating Gospel that was like fresh cool water on my battered spirit. Everyone who has ever been blessed by my ministry in any way…every church, every class, and every organization must pay tribute to the life and ministry of this great man. His mark is on you.

Bishop Walter Lee Hawkins, Walt…you were and are a giant of a man. You are home now with the Jesus you loved and served with your whole life. May your legacy have an even greater impact on the world than you could have imagined in this life.

Flunder as well as many of Hawkins supporters have stopped short saying the gospel singer himself was homosexual. Highly lauded as a man who wrote and produced music which dominated the gospel music industry and spanned four decades, Hawkins was at the same time an advocate of the false inclusion doctrine. Strangely, his songs were solid in contrast to his theological fallacy. Undoubtedly, Hawkins was a man of immense talent, but his support of homosexuality and gay marriage is particularly troubling despite that acknowledged talent.

I grew up on the Hawkins’ music. It was personal and remain significant markers in my life. I’ll never forget the first time I heard “Dear Jesus, I love you”. I sung it over and over till it felt like I wrote it myself. As a young man struggling with his sexuality, it was my letter to the friend that understood. “Changed” was my anthem when I came out of homosexuality. But others like me have expressed an unusually torn feeling about Walter Hawkins perhaps unlike any other gospel singer/musician we know. His songs weren’t trashy chart topping ditties you forgot about two weeks later. Each one seemed to strike a deep chord of common experience with the listener. But his support of something that we all know is deeply offensive to God sours the memory. How can the same fountain bring forth both bitter and sweet in such contrast? The danger of being a castaway is something we all should consider. When its all said and done, we had better be sure that we have not run in vain.

I therefore so run, but not with uncertainty; I so fight, but not as one that beateth the air. But I keep control of my body, and bring it into subjection, lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. 1 Cor 9:26-27

Like his predecessors and some contemporaries, Hawkins’ legacy embodies the very best and perhaps the very worst of the gospel music industry. Hawkins is gone and whatever his eternal state is, it is already done and cannot be changed. But no one should ever mistake talent and acclaim as an indicator of right relationship with God. We can only be sure of our relationship with him by adhering to his word and never compromising it for ourselves or anyone else.

The past couple of years have been chocked full of headlines about the sexual sins of church leaders. Few have openly repented. Some have resigned from positions to save face, but thankfully true repentance is not dead in the church. Repentance is what God requires when we sin. Its no secret that gospel rapper Emanuel Lambert aka DA Truth acknowledged last November that he committed adultery and consequently resigned from his music ministry. Its been about eight months since those revelations and I for one was very touched and heartened to read this latest statement released on his website.

“I’m coming to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as a brother, a friend and co-laborer in the gospel. I’d like to start by thanking you all for your love, prayers and support. For every one that has been wondering where I’ve been, I say with all sincerity that I have been at the foot of the cross, seeking the heart of God, reprioritizing, realigning myself with Him and reuniting with my wife, family and friends.

I have sought forgiveness from my wife Nicole Lambert for breaking my vows and the covenant that I made before God, abdicating my responsibility as the priest of my home and forsaking my responsibility as a husband and a father.

I owe more than an apology to my two daughters Carlise Jackson and Summer Lambert. I would never want a man to do to them what I did to their mother. In this area I have been an example of what not to be. I am saddened and deeply shamed by my actions.

To my personal ministry team, I realize that my actions have compromised the integrity of our mission and call but I am so grateful that you have forgiven me and I am looking forward to how the Lord is rebuilding us as a community and will use that to minister healing to His people and the world at large. ” [full statement]

God bless this young man and those who are directing him back to restoration. I read the entire statement and there was no obfuscating or word play to make him look good. There was no casting blame and “you who are without sin” sermonizing. Like a man of God he bowed down and confessed his own sins. The reason I call it true repentance is because true repentance is never face-saving. And true repentance is evidenced by obedience to the process of restoration.

I want to say openly to Emanuel: God is pleased with your humility, submission and your willingness to openly repent for what you have done. Like probably a lot of people who didnt know you personally, it hurts and is disappointing to hear of a brother’s sin, especially one so promising. Yet, obeying what the scriptures tell us to do when we sin is not punishment but a glorious testimony. I don’t know if you will read this but I’d like to share with you a couple of scriptures that tell us the benefits of repentance.

1. Repentance proves that you love and know Christ 1 John 2:1-5

My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.

Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.

2. God promises that he will respond to our repentance with overwhelming grace 1 John 1:9

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

I look forward to you getting back in your place and letting God take you to a higher plain. To every other young man who is been tempted by sexual sin, heed the words of David:

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. Psalms 119:9

Could anything be more ludicrous than a group of sexual outlaws getting together and declaring themselves holy? Well you haven’t seen anything yet. There’ll be plenty of tambourine beating, organ playin, sangin, shouting, dancing and speaking in tongues going on at the United Progressive Pentecostal Church Fellowship’s “holy” convocation where they will be expanding their kingdom.

Well, welcome to 2010 and the brave new church without God. Or Christ. Or the Holy Spirit. But lots of pentecostalism.

I was sent this flyer below by an individual on the UPPC’s listserv about their upcoming meeting. I noted that it included the usual gaggle of false prophets and court jesters gospel music minstrels. There are a couple of newly minted false prophets in the mix. Added to the lineup this year: Hezekiah Walker’s ex-wife Evangelist Monique Walker [TBN video]. Ex-wife Walker has been trending gay church every since she and the now Bishop Walker were divorced after accusations of homosexuality surfaced about the ex-husband Walker. Walker was in Atlanta at one point to “preach” at the “85% gay” (the pastors words to CNN) Tabernacle Baptist Church.

The bigger impact of events like this actually come through the transference of spirits. Its the people who fellowship with homosexual churches and then track those same spirits back into other churches who are not aware of their associations. But then again in the new Godless, Christless, Holy Spirit-less church of today, who cares about people committing sexual sin? That’s Old Testament stuff that’s now scientifically out of date not to mention misinterpreted religious legalism /sarcasm off/.

The secular media has been anointed to sanctify Tonex and his homosexual mess[age] in the eyes of the people. God wouldnt do it and church folks are still in traction about it, so the New Yorker decided to write a book reality show script about Anthony Williams, Jr. and his misfortunes with homosexuality, the church and his music. The church has its saints and I guess the world has to have theirs too. Even if they have to personally canonize them.

For short review/preview —depending on your familiarity— on Tonex you can read here, here, here and here.

The ironically titled “Revelations”by pop culture writer Kelefa Sanneh follows Williams to his San Diego based Truth Apostolic church, studio and other erstwhile haunts so that we can all see what a major, major mistake we all made in not accepting this former gospel music industry love child. Sidebar: you might want to keep in mind that Sanneh is prohomosexual, so bias is practically enshrined in the piece. That’s how they do that.

Its a long, winding, yellow brick road that leads back to nowhere.

If you care to read, polish up your shield of faith, make sure you get extra buttery popcorn and put your phone on mute. The overload has begun.

A new Christian film star on the horizon? You may want to take a closer look first.

Its truly a tragic thing when we have to alert people in the church about other “church-types” who are working against God’s will to infect the church with their insanity. Enter Matt Crouch, stage left.

The Preacher’s Kid, is the latest religious movie backed by Matt Crouch and his Gener8Xion Entertainment company.

The star of Crouch’s new movie is Letoya Luckett and she’s about to seduce your pastor using a very familiar biblical story. But the story within the story is an old one: satan is cunning and many in the contemporary church are ripe for his deception.

I watched the TBN talkup show where DC area pimpster Micheal Freeman and his wife Dee Dee gushed and told pastors to get their daughters and rush out to see the movie. On a contradictory note, Freeman said the movie wasn’t for the church, but his wife turned right around and said the church should support it by packing out theaters. So which lie is it?

Luckett (the former Destinys Child dropout), told the homosexual magazine The Advocate she’s fascinated with homosexual culture. [source] NSFYS

“Absolutely. Ab-so-lutely. It’s one of those things that’s like, you know what, you’ve got to let people be who they are. Whether you agree with a lifestyle or not, you have to let that person be who they are. You have to love them for who they are.

I just went to the Latex Ball [gcmw: a bizarre black gay subculture like Alice in Wonderland meets Marilyn Manson] in New York. Oh, my God! I have never seen so much creativity in one room. So much freedom. That’s what I appreciate about the gay community. You know: Do you and don’t worry about other people and their opinions. It’s so colorful and lively, and everybody’s not sitting around and — you know when you go to a club and everybody’s sitting around and standing along the walls and people watch? It’s not about that. Everybody [at gay clubs] is ready to let their hair down and have fun and get into it, and that’s about love.

I hadn’t had that much fun in a long time. A lo-o-ong time. I mean, they were givin’ it, Honey! Giving. And I love that. I love it. I can’t stand hateful people. I can’t stand hardhearted people, and unfortunately there’s a lot of people like that in this world, and it’s got to die. Let it die, let it die, let it die. Let love live.”

Add to that Luckett’s last CD with F minus songs like “She aint got s*** on me”.

So this is living your best life now? Luckett, per an interview using her religious mask, is a member of Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church (see comment section) and faithfully listens to Joel Osteen on her ipod or itunes, whichever is handy.

The choice of actors in this movie, crafted to appeal to African Americans pastors and churchgoers, incorporates the very worst religious ideology and typology possible. From the lukewarm preacher to the silly, one dimensional churchgoers, everything screams “shallow”. The sad thing is that it is an all too true reflection of the contemporary black church. Its producer who said on TBN that Crouch allowed him complete control. Actors for movies are never chosen randomly and without consideration of who they are and what type of person they appeal to based on their lifestyle. Clearly, Luckett’s mixture of homosexuality, race, church and music made her a prime candidate.

In the Advocate, Luckett says that she believes same-sex marriage will “eventually happen” in her native Texas. “Or people are going to move and go to places where it’s accepted. I don’t know if it’ll happen tomorrow, but whatever is in God’s will, it will be. Hey, everybody deserves love. Everybody deserves commitment. And why shouldn’t the gay community have that?”

What a convoluted definition of love.

In my opinion, the problem with the movie that its a reinvented story of horizontal redemption. Not one where the person comes back, repents to Christ and finds new life in him, but one where the person comes home and everybody lives happily ever after. Let’s be honest, what parent wouldnt want their messed up kid to come home, but coming home isn’t salvation. And the message parable about the lost son wasn’t just coming home to an earthly father, but home to God.

Unfortunately, we are seeing some of the same church leaders with questionable views on homosexuality associated with these “feel good” stories.

Producer Stan Foster is a member of West Angeles COGIC.
Foster also produced TD Jakes’ Woman thou are loosed movie which was filmed at West Angeles.

Kierra Sheard was thrown in the mix to get the COGIC crowd attention.

R&B sex freak Trey Songz was also given a spot in the film.

Should you go to see it? That’s up to you, but just know that Letoya Luckett will use the fame and money she gets from movies like this push for abominations like homosexual marriage. I’d advise what the Bible says in 1 Tim 5:22 Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men’s sins: keep thyself pure.

UPDATE 01.19.10: Letoya Luckett’s fan site is going ballistic because GCM Watch told the ugly truth about their goddess du jour.

WARNING TO GOSPEL FAN GROUPIES: STRONG LANGUAGE ABOUT YOUR IDOLS FOLLOW

You could have substituted the word porn for gospel and got the same result, but once again the profane nature of the black gospel music industry was in blazing display for all the world to see.

On Jan 10th, for two hours, courtesy of Black Entertainment Television, the show paraded the industry’s well and lesser known homosexuals, adulterers, internet sex freaks, groupies and sexy divas across the screen in an ironic Celebration of Gospel. Homosexuals had a great deal to be proud of to see so many of their own arrayed like peacocks in a zoo.

The “stars” and their groupie fans had a mad ball posing and showing off some of the most bizarre outfits imaginable. Mimicking the red carpet effect of secular entertainment shows (why is a mystery), the COG shined the spotlight on the industry’s top money making whores. There’s no mistaking that the indulgent glorification of sensuality, sexuality and perversion is a benchmark of the gospel music industry.

There is no way anyone can convince me that this reflects Jesus Christ or the gospel of Jesus Christ. I don’t care how much you protest that you “love Jesus”, loving Jesus and reveling in such hideous excesses aren’t compatible. Modesty in our looks, clothing and spirit is a requirement for those who follow Christ.

Pictures of the event are available at The EX Times and on BET’s website here and here.

And if there exists any gospel music singers/musicians/producers (Donnie McClurkin sadly was reveling with partygoers) et al who are in disagreement with this disgusting repertoire, why are they so silent and passive? Invisible and complicit while year after year the “celebrations” descend into more bacchanal debauchery.

And its not just about the fashion insanity.

Out in the open: Tye Tribbett who just a few months prior committed adultery with a member of his choir. Vocal and angry about sexual immorality in the church, when asked about his own menage a trios, Tribbett refused comment. Tribett underwent a so called 60 day sabbatical to “get right with God”. And guess what? He got right just in time to perform at the Celebration of Gospel! Actually the COG was taped Dec 12, so Tye cheated on his sabbatical, but who are we to hold him accountable to some silly sabbatical?

Who and what are gospel groupies really celebrating?

There was Donald Lawrence, Bobby Jones, and Dorian Stansberry whose self lensed, explicitly naked photos [google] (NSFYS) were posted on the web allegedly by a former male sex partner.

There was Heather Headley and Kurt Carr. Mary, Mary and Dorinda Clark Cole joined them.

Speak out against this and stop purchasing any music they produce or participate in. Please don’t ask about whose music can you purchase. There’s no need to have any type of dependence on someone else to praise God for you.

Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, Eph 5:19

If there’s one thing that’s good about the appearances of Yvette Flunder it is that she is helping to identify these closet homosexual churches. That helps people who are sincere about their walk with the Lord to avoid these houses of ill repute like a plague.

The church’s pastor, Charles G. Hayes aka “Father Hayes” has been a fixture in the gospel music industry since the early sixties.

A Chicago pastor told GCM Watch, “Cosmopolitan is a church that has been around for years. The pastor is Charles Hayes, who has lived with a[nother] man for decades openly. Also, although its not necessarily taught, his church is based upon his choir and the choir is literally full of homosexuals, who in my estimation of things have no motivation or reason to want to repent. His church attracts (during musical events) some of the more prominent ‘christian’ homosexuals from the city, and the older ‘homosexual’ pastors in the city with similar congregations really respect him. His messages are very typical sometime borderline witchcraft.”

That’s exactly what all the church and choir profiles point to. A religious organization based on sensationalist gospel music devoid of any true connection with Christ or his Word. “The Cosmopolitan Church of Prayer Choir has recorded thirty albums and five single 45s over the past 40 years. Out of the thirty albums, one went GOLD (over 50,000 copies sold), and the others made the No. 1 spot on the charts around the world.”

As with much of what passes for “anointing” these days, we would do well to be reminded that “the gifts and calling of God are without repentance” (Romans 11:29). What that means is that what God has given humanity in the form of talent and ability is irrevocable i.e. it cannot be changed. It also means that although God is the giver of the gifts, it requires no relationship with God, neither is it an indicator of relationship with God.

What’s the danger? People who live on gifts and a “form of godliness” but never submit themselves to the Giver now, will be locked out of the possibility of relationship with him eternally. We’re not left in the dark about the consequences of that either.

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ Matthew 7:21-23 NIV

You can add “sangin’ in your name” to that list too.

Is this something Jesus worked out?

The church is mostly known for its gospel song “Jesus can work it out”. You can see Hayes and his choir demonstrating the latest churchified club moves as they sing their signature song. Sorry its so long. Watch as much as you can stomach.

The Word Network is arguably the black version of TBN: chocked full of church kooks, false prophets and prosperity pimps. The network is a microcosm, reflecting the current state of the contemporary black church in America. And somewhere, comfortably in the middle of the madness is the Lexi Show.

Like most of the religious talking heads on the gabfest market, the Lexi Show, now in its fourth season, isn’t helping to promote biblical standards on sexuality. Its not exactly tearing them down either, just making them de minimis, of minor importance.

Have you wondered why Lexi was parading all the gay false prophets onto her show while claiming to be a “journalist” with an obligation to give fair hearing to everyone’s voice. Incidentally, Lexi has not had any actual journalistic training.

After the now infamous Lexi interview with heresy spewing Tonex, it was time for a closer at the show. Lexi herself seems to be a reflective composite (or product) of this new age church and its religious matrix system: false love and piety, relativity, selective nonjudgmentalism, ever learning but never being able to come to the knowledge of the truth, form of godliness, seeking status and position rather than true humility and service to Christ. In short, I would call it the black emergent church.

During Lexi’s interview with Tonex, her demeanor was receptive, cordial and passive. Her questions to Williams were silver platter “softballs” with shallow (if any) followup to his excessive lies and faulty logic.

One person scheduled on an upcoming show (who I cannot name for obvious reasons) told GCM Watch that when it comes to homosexuality, Lexi has no biblical depth, so she is completely out of her league in attempting to converse with the likes of con artists former guests Bishop Yvette Flunder and Carlton Pearson. By the way all the Carlton Pearson videos have been removed by the Lexi Show.

It was very interesting the contrast of the recent interview with Pastor Tony Smith of Atlanta with that of of Pastor Anthony Williams of San Diego. Both, in my estimation are biblically challenged. But Lexi’s bias was on blazing display. Gone were any pretensions of being professional, a journalist, etc. She was openly hostile to Smith [watch video of her facial expressions] and those who accompanied him. She even took time to attack members of Smith’s church for not participating in her “worship” service. Lexi was snide, sarcastic and combative with Smith but called Tonex her brother in the Lord who she was obligated to “love”.

In the interviews with Flunder and Pearson, Lexi barely registers any visible disagreement with them. Even when Donnie Earl Paulk said the Holy Spirit asked him if he (the Holy Spirit) was homosexual would Paulk still worship him, Lexi tossed the question to a embarrassingly weak pastor who refused to condemn Paulk’s stark blasphemy. Given such a volatile and divisive issue in the church, anyone serious about truth (not emotional string pulling) would ask the hard questions and press for answers to them.

The Lexi Show has an unspoken agenda to desensitize us to these false prophets and their heresy. The issue isn’t having them on, the issue is allowing them to be there with no sound —and comparable— counteraction to their doctrinal vomit. Further, that she still considers them “brothers and sisters” in Christ, despite the fact these people actively and openly fight against the Word of the Lord is reprehensible.

At the end of the Tonex episode, she attaches a (sort of) disclaimer. But its an interestingly crafted statement.

“I would like to take this time to thank my friend and brother Tonex, for a very open honest and candid interview. It is my belief that a man is made for a woman and a woman is made for a man, I believe the bible speaks very clearly about this, however as a journalist it is my job to tell the story. And as a Christian it is my job to love absolutely everybody and I do that. Unequivocally and unapologetically.”

Although she said that she believes in heterosexuality, its important to note she neglects to condemn homosexuality.

You can check Lexi’s videos and you wont see gushing “I must love everyone” disclaimers on anyone else. Why this one?

Behind the scenes with Lexi

The major unseen problem with people like Lexi is that they generally have someone in their inner circles who are homosexual and don’t want to offend them by speaking up for the truth. Because the massive influence of unrepentant homosexuals behind the scenes of the gospel music and entertainment industry (Tonex confirmed that), truth is restricted. The only thing acceptable is for us to have a big, happy, ignorant praise fest replete with gay club sounding churchified music that’s coded with their downlow sin (Tonex confirmed that too).

Behind Lexi’s scenes is Vaughn Alvarez. You’ll see his name in the credits of her show. He’s Lexi’s assistant, public relations rep, webmaster and also screens the calls of potential guests for the show. Alvarez (pictured right), a Nashville based entertainment promoter also handles work for COCO, Brandy and Donnie McClurkin. Granted, all the entertainment types employ someone to screen people who seek to talk to them, but is Alvarez intentionally blocking guests who could come on the show and refute the lies told by Pearson, Flunder and Tonex? This is a classic fox guarding the henhouse scenario.

Alvarez’s twitter page is a good indicator of where he falls on the issue of homosexuality and the bible.

Alvarez, Sep 10: “VOGUE EVOLUTION 4EVER BABY!!!!!!!” (Vogue Evolution is a group of homosexual dancers plus a transvestite).

Alvarex, Sep 13: “People r just not ready to accept the truths about the way church is. That’s why I stay far away from church queens and overly church peeps!”

Alvarez, Sep 12: “The truth sets us free! I love Tonex for being free & being comfortable being the wonderful human God made him.”

Alavrez’s twitters invites his gay friends to call him to contact Lexi.

But others do not get such a enthusiastic and inviting welcome.

Linda Carter, a former lesbian who lives in Mobile, AL told GCM Watch when she called after the Carlton Pearson episode, Alvarez answered and replied that he was Lexi’s “assistant”. Carter said she told Alvarez she wanted to speak to Lexi personally and Alvarez replied that regardless of the method, all communication to Lexi was routed first through him. When she told him she wanted to be considered as a guest to share her testimony about deliverance from lesbianism, Alvarez instructed her to send it in and he would take a look at it.

But after she received no response, Carter called back. This time Alvarez “had a nasty attitude and was dismissive with me” . When Carter asked if he had read the testimony he told her to send him, Alvarez told her” we’ve already heard those types of testimonies before.”

Carter said she waited longer, hoping that she would get the opportunity to speak with Lexi about the situation. But Alvarez refused to take any more calls from her.

The one guest who is scheduled on an upcoming segment told GCM Watch although they were aware of who Alvarez was, their spot on the show came about through a chance meeting with Lexi. The meeting was independent of Alvarez’s involvement. Further, the guest said that Lexi seemed only interested in a certain sensational part of the guest’s story.

Two of the gospel music industry’s biggest names have jumped in bed with the gay christian movement and worse via another gospel reality show competition.

The reality show craze has hit the gospel music industry and like a whore after a john with a wad of cash, so far its been a match made in hell. And just like in the secular reality shows, this trend has a sinister and deadly twist.

How Sweet the Sound carries on the new —and lucrative— trend of secular companies providing a competitive platform for gospel music industry workers to show off their skills and win prizes. BET first launched Sunday Best, with Kirk Franklin in the lead role. Not to be outdone, a gospel dance competition “Dance Saints Dance” was launched with Vickie Winans as host. That’s now followed by Verizon Wireless and its “How Sweet the Sound”, now in its second year. And don’t forget the grandpimp of them all, MacDonald’s GospelFest competition.

When the world sets the stage, you must play by their rules. Nobody’s god is any better than anybody else’s god. That’s the mentality of the world. So Verizon Wireless became the latest corporation to pimp out the whorish black gospel industry. To be sure, there will be more of both.

I lost all respect for the gospel music industry a long time ago. I’d rather jump off the Golden Gate bridge, than listen to the people who are wantonly helping to destroy the integrity of the church.

How Sweet the Sound ooozes sweetness. Hosted by the very sweet Donald Lawrence, its promises gospel industry choirs well…uh…money. And not much more than that really.

The Search for the Best Church Choir in America. We’re also thrilled that once again, Donald Lawrence will be returning as host and Marvin Sapp as judge and performer. This Verizon Wireless Experience is happening in eleven cities nationwide and your choir has the chance to win $10,000 in the regional event and up to $50,000 overall. After the regional events are over, all eleven choirs will join together for the grand finale. Here, all the choirs will compete for the chance to win over $25,000 in cash and prizes and the title of The Best Church Choir in America.

Here’s the catch. Because it is run by a secular, pluralistic company whose bottom line is money, there can be no restrictions on participants. That’s right it can be the Black Temple Church of Satan Mass Choir or Bethel Temple Church of God in Christ Choir. To Verizon Wireless, they’re all the same. Qualifications per Verizon:

The Choir must have a meaningful and consistent relationship with a church, temple, mosque or other similar religious organization (the “Religious Organization”). The Religious Organization must be a tax-exempt organization as described under sections 501(c)(3) and 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time, and must have a tax-exempt ID number;

And get this: at the end, whether you are believe in God or not, are homosexual or youre just a mousy church choir member they will put all of you in a big mass choir together and sing the praises of some unknown “inspirational” god. Won’t that be grand? But even after knowing there will be no restrictions, church choirs from across the nation signed up and jumped in bed as fast as they could get their clothes off.

Did any of these church pastors review the non-criteria? Did any of them honestly have reservations about their church partnering with homosexual choirs and choirs from churches which DENY THE FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST ON THE CROSS?

Among the 2009 finalists are three homosexual church choirs and two metaphysical/spiritualist church choirs:

Tabernacle Baptist Church, Atlanta
Metropolitan Community Church of Greater St Louis
Higher Heights Christian Church, St Louis
Hillside International Truth Center, Atlanta
East Bay Church Of Religious Science

Friends with the world? Enemies to God.

Look how far we’ve fallen. Its even a shame to mention that COGIC’s Dorinda Clark Cole and former Commissioned lead Marvin Sapp and the other celebrity gospel industry workers, are involved in this. And its no surprise that Donald Lawrence is hosting this. I fully expect him to be the next one to sit on Lexi’s gay couch and be “honest”. But this is observable evidence of just how widespread the compromise and outright rejection of God’s word is by his church.

The gospel music industry is hostile to God and should be fought on every front in the strongest possible terms. Their arrogance and compromise isn’t ushering in God’s Spirit and they are not ushering us into “his presence” as they claim. The gospel music industry is leading unsuspecting people into a room of demons, which are finding their way back into local churches.

When a homosexual pedophile with a prior conviction was caught by a Detroit TV station violating his parole restrictions, it turned out he was the same guy who was the lead dancer for Dorinda Clark-Cole. See the video below. Clark later played dumb and claimed she had no idea Baker was such a degenerate. How’s that for someone preaching all over the country and claiming to be highly anointed? Clark-Cole should be ashamed before God for opening the door and welcoming in this perversion. Then when God exposes it (and her connection to it) she plays dumb. Frankly, her music sounds like a porn track because she is singing with dirty hands and dirty lips.

Now, Clark is on round two of ushering strange fire into God’s church. How can anyone sit there with a straight face (or a clean heart) and give the thumbs up to a group of sexually immoral people? Perhaps even worse, those who deny the Lordship and divinity of our Lord Jesus?

The Word of the Lord is clear and these people have no excuse for partnering with the devil. If you think I’m being hard on her (and this equally applies to Marvin Sapp), then you may want to use a permanent marker and black this out of your bible:

You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. James 4:4

Yes, saints the false church with its false church ministers singing praises to their false god is in full effect. If you can still hear God’s voice, come out of her lest you partake of the harlot church’s coming judgment.

Here is a full list of the churches participating in How Sweet the Sound. Do you know any of them? If so, please warn them to get out of this now. If I were a pastor who had made the grave error of allowing my church choir to participate in this multidimensional abomination, I would immediately take them out and issue a public warning to others. No money is worth selling out to satan and his agenda.
