The impact of the false inclusion doctrine 2.0

PART TWO OF TWO POSTS
One of the rather unfortunate side effects of false teachings is there is always someone vulnerable enough to become ensnared by it.  Some souls are truly ensnared; meaning they stepped into the clutches of a false teacher unawares. Others, link up with false religious movements out of a desire to scratch the itch of their ears for something other than what God has said. While some false teachings with a Christian facade have waned, others are going strong. Meanwhile, others are constantly attempting to reinvent themselves …

The impact of the false inclusion doctrine

PART ONE OF TWO POSTS
Since the church’s inception, controversies involving sexual related issues have defied the spiritual resolve of the church and its leadership (ref 1 Cor 5).  Today, with the advent of instant, accessible information, these controversies have multiplied exponentially and impacted the church’s ability to conduct balanced outreach.
GCM Watch and other ministries have documented repeatedly how the social and political demands embedded within homosexual activism has challenged the church like no other issue before it.  While some have drawn inferences to the issue of accepting blacks and women, …

2nd Lexi-Pearson show: another disaster?

For the second time, Lexi’s religious oriented show on the Word Network has featured the false prophet Carlton Pearson along with other ministers who were supposed to be strong enough to refute his heresies. The first group failed miserably as Pearson easily danced around them with his storied glib of tongue. It was a disaster. The preachers were like little puppies waiting for some kibbles and bits from Pearson’s hands.
After multiple complaints, Lexi decided to assemble a second team comprised of George Bloomer, Jamal Bryant and Dr. Van Gayton of …

Tonex interview fallout: is this “hate”?

“All Gospel singers are not Gay as I don’t have a sissy bone in my body.”
That was the response of Pastor Deitrick Haddon, who apparently took exceptional offense at the Lexi/Tonex interview and twittered about it on yesterday.
But, one gospel industry fan blog was quick to call his words “hateful”.  Here’s what Gospel Pundit wrote:
Deitrick Haddon typed these words on Twitter today during a rant about the now-infamous interview between Lexi and Tonex, in which Tonex acknowledged his same-sex attractions.
I’m not going to use this post to bash …

Are pentecostal leaders secretly questioning biblical view of homosexuality?

According to Anthony Venn-Brown, a certain mega church pastor now lurking in the shadows, is questioning  whether culture and history carry more authority than the Bible on the issue of homosexuality. And the unnamed pastor (location also withheld) says more evangelical/pentecostal leaders are “discussing” the same thing. If that’s true —and without any intervention— gay christian heresy may find eventually find a more welcome home among pentecostals than it currently does in the Episcopal church.
Venn-Brown, the ex-ex-gay turned life coach, whom we wrote about back in April 2008, posted a …

Apostate Episcopals gay clergy decision “a spiritual train wreck”

We all knew it was coming to this. Denouncing the culmination of a tragic dance with homosexuality in the US based Episcopal Church, Bishop NT Wright wrote to the Times of London, “In the slow-moving train crash of international Anglicanism, a decision taken in California has finally brought a large coach off the rails altogether.”
When biblical Anglicans within the Episcopal church disfellowshipped themselves over the wanton acceptance of homosexuality, we knew it would only be a matter of time before Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori and her band of theives would …

Very interesting development after heretic and former pentecostal false prophet Carlton Pearson assumed interim leadership of Christ Universal Temple in Chicago. Rev. Johnnie Coleman, the founder, retired three years ago. On May 4th, Pearson hyped his move coming in by saying he was “excited to move to Chicago and to join the Christ Universal Temple family.” He promised he would “make it a world class institution and take the ministry to new heights and assist people in living their best lives with a practical religious doctrine.”  But …

Answering Bishop Alvarado’s postmodernist questions

On Tuesday, I wrote a post called The curse of postmodernism. This is part two.  In a paper entitled Some Thoughts on Ecclesiology, Post-Modernity, and the Grace Fellowship of Churches, Atlanta area pastor Bishop Jonathan Alvarado explores what he calls the “secularization of the values of the church”.
It has been my observation over the past several years that a growing phenomenon has surfaced with respect to the church and its relationship to the world. It occurs to me that there has been a driving force from within the ranks of …

Cybercast News Service has got a real eye opening (for those who dont read GCM Watch and are a little slow on the gay christian agenda) article about Obama’s recent appointment of gay christian Harry Knox to the government’s so called “faith based” money panel. Knox’s appointment was announced on the same day as COGIC Presiding Bishop Charles Blake.
Although the CNS uses the identifier “Christian” in its headline, its ironic when you read the article and realize how opposed to God’s Word Knox is simply because of his abnormal sexual …

Via The Jesus Blog, we learn of yet another stunning revisionist claim by a gay christian minister. This time, it turns the Adam and Eve creation story on its head and makes it into a gay creation story.  Rev. William Carey, a false prophet if Ive ever heard of one says that Adam and Eve were “alike” physically. His “revelation” is derived from what he perceives is Adam’s alleged non-response to seeing the woman for the first time. The excerpt is from a book by Carey entitled “Christian and Gay? …
