False prophets alert!

falseprophets

Recognize any of these false house prophets associated with the United Progressive Pentecostal Church? The homosexual-oriented pentecostalish organization is headed by chief false teacher OC Allen. The UPPC teaches that homosexuality is acceptable to God and that the bible is not opposed to same gender sexual relationships.

Then the LORD said to me, “The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I have not sent them or appointed them or spoken to them. They are prophesying to you false visions, divinations, idolatries and the delusions of their own minds.
Jeremiah 14:14

But there are also false prophets among the people, even as there are false teachers among you who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who brought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 Peter 2:1

Gay christians usher in division and destruction to accepting denominations

splitsvilleAll the evidence proves the case over and over. Every single time a denomination, church or religious group has allowed the existence of a “gay christian” entity within its spheres of influence division, rebellions, chaos and war ensues. It should be a  stark warning to those organizations and church leaders observing the current hostile takeover of those carrying this spiritual virus to protect themselves, but it continues. Too bad we don’t have the spiritual equivalent of the Centers for Disease Control to warn churches of the high risk of accepting gay theology, but I digress. The only good thing that has come out of it is that the mainline denominations who are turning are also in the process losing much more than they gain. See here, here and here.  For the sake of a few homosexual religion-mongers, the churches are losing millions of members, influential congregations, prolific speakers and leaders.

The latest announcement comes from well known pastor and author Kevin DeYoung who writes that his church University Reformed Church had voted almost unanimously to leave its parent organization over its acceptance of homosexuality among other equally serious issues.

On April 27, 2014, University Reformed Church (URC) voted 282-9 in favor of leaving the Reformed Church in America (RCA) and affiliating with the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

The following Wednesday, the consistory of URC voted unanimously (14-0) to file a petition with the Classis of South Grand Rapids that we might leave the RCA with all our real and personal property and join the Presbytery of the Great Lakes in the PCA.

For the past three years, our church has wrestled with our place in the Reformed Church in America. We have prayed, studied, strategized, spoke, listened, prayed, asked questions, explored options, tried to discern what is in the best interest of the Kingdom, and prayed some more. We did not come to this decision lightly.

And this decision on our part does not mean that we have already left the RCA. Now that our petition has been filed, we will enter into a formal process with the classis—a series of meetings and reports which will take place over the next 6-8 months, as spelled out in detail by our Book of Church Order. We anticipate a final vote on our petition sometime in the first part of 2015.

This painful revelation comes on the heels of another announcement in April. The mortally wounded United Methodist church is facing an imminent major division over the bull headed desires of its leadership to sell the denomination out to a few religious homosexual activists. The same brutal struggles follow until there is no choice left but to leave these people to wallow in the mud they have created.

That decision didnt come after a long period where Methodist leaders despite, strong words on paper, didn’t follow their OWN laws when it came to homosexuality. The results were quite predictable.  Amy Frykholm writes in the Christian Century:

A similar legislative move transpired in 1984. This time, the General Conference was considering qualifications for ordained ministry. A proposal from the floor led to the adoption of this statement: “The practice of homosexuality is incompatible with Christian teaching. Therefore self-avowed, practicing homosexuals are not to be certified as candidates, ordained as ministers, or appointed to serve in the United Methodist Church.”

These two changes ushered in an era of “don’t ask, don’t tell” for United Methodist clergy. Many gay and lesbian clergy were, in fact, ordained over the next 20 years. As long as they were not vocal about their sexual orientation and no problems emerged in congregations, many bishops and district superintendents chose to ignore the language in the Book of Discipline. According to Scott Campbell, a pastor in Cambridge, Massachusetts, “The preferred style of bishops and district superintendents was: if you don’t embarrass me publicly, I won’t embarrass you.”

Activism on the issue did not cease. Some clergy announced their sexual orientation or performed same-sex ceremonies, and some were dismissed from ministry. In 1996, 1,300 United Methodist clergy signed a letter urging the General Conference to grant full acceptance to gays and lesbians. “We believe it is time to break the silence and state where we are on this issue that is hurting and silencing countless faithful Christians. We will continue our responsibility to order and discipline of the church but urge our United Methodist churches to open the doors in gracious hospitality to all our brothers and sisters in the faith.”

Unless church leaders hold fast to scripture‘s admonition to put out individuals who continue to undermine the unity of our faith, they might as well expect the same.  Their churches and organizations will be torn asunder by those who come in the name of “love and acceptance.”

Throwup Thursday: False teacher Troy Perry’s gay gospel

If you love the truth, welcome to Throwup Thursday. Amidst cheers and applause, the vomit flows unfiltered from the mouth of gay christian false teacher Troy Perry, founder of the Metropolitan Community Church. He even shouts out a former Church of God in Christ member in the audience who’s now married to another man.

Pastor David Slautterback expels unrepentant homosexual from congregation

Adam and Eve-Garden-God-satan

Discipline is something religious homosexuals aka gay christians reject without even so much as a thought. The god they subscribe to is too loving to hold them accountable for anything they do or say. This god’s love has zero accountability. Consequently, any scriptures that require discipline, accountability, judgment, discernment, holiness, sexual purity, self control, or personal responsibility are summarily rejected. This is because religious homosexuals have been seduced by the sexual orientation lie.  The sexual orientation lie says that homosexuality is a gift from God. You are made the way you are and nothing can change that. Furthermore, anything you do and say as a result of  your sexual orientation is exempt from any correction.

If a church can’t discipline its members according to the directives of the scriptures, it will open itself up to all forms of rebellion and apostasy.  A case in Pennsylvania is showing just how difficult it will be for pastors who allow unrepentant homosexuals to dictate the terms of acceptance in the fellowship of the saints.

Bobbie Pierce, 20, of Mount Wolf, said he is being denied membership and communion at Ambassador’s Bible Chapel in Newberry Township because he is gay. Pierce said he has attended the church for years, and he was baptized there.
Pastor David Slautterback said that he and other church elders removed Pierce from the church’s membership — and announced that fact to the congregation during the church service last Sunday — because Pierce has failed to have a change of mind concerning his sexuality.

Slautterback said Friday that he and the other elders want Pierce to repent for his sin and to return to fellowship at the church, where he is still welcome to attend as long as he does not cause division or speak contrary to scripture.

Slautterback said Friday that he and the other elders want Pierce to repent for his sin and to return to fellowship at the church, where he is still welcome to attend as long as he does not cause division or speak contrary to scripture.

Slautterback said neither he nor other members of his church hate Pierce. “We placed Bobbie under church discipline out of love for Bobbie and regard for his soul,” Slautterback said.

You should be mourning, instead you are puffed up

Just like the situation in 1 Cor 5, the offender found others who supported him in his outrageous sexual sin. Pierce, instead of submitting to the pastor’s discipline as a voluntary member,  threw out suggestive accusations of suicide. That was backed up not by scripture but by “research” and attempts to paint the church as hateful.

Pierce posted on the York Daily Record’s Facebook page a letter he said he received from the church. He said he decided to talk about what was happening with him because he wants others to know they’re not alone.

“I’ve heard so many stories of someone who is homosexual who has a strict Christian family, who commits suicide,” Pierce said. He admitted that he has felt that way a few times, but his friends have helped him to feel better.

Pierce said he hasn’t chosen to be gay. He said he’s done research, looking up scripture and interpretations of scripture online. He believes he is a Christian, and said “homosexuality isn’t a sin, it isn’t a choice.”

Slautterback disagrees. He said he thinks that Pierce can and should change.

“I do not believe that a homosexual person has to be homosexual any more than I believe that a person who is inclined to steal steals,” Slautterback said.

Pierce said he plans to continue attending Ambassador’s Bible Chapel “to show that I’m going to rise above the hate, or at least I’m not afraid.

Via personal experience with Christ, the church is a place of  ongoing change and transformation.  While we are all still subject to sin, at the very least acknowledging our actions as sin help to keep us spiritually transformative. Sadly homosexuals want not only to remain unchanged, but want the church to throw away one it is most fundamental tenets.

Pastor Slautterback and his staff responded in a way that was fair, biblical and loving. Mr. Peirce’s soul is at stake and its an act of love to hold him accountable for his sins if he is to remain part of the family of faith.

Four lies gay christians tell on the church and the bible

gcmliarRefuting a lie is not for the faint at heart. Liars, the bible says, spend a significant portion of their time devising their putrid concoctions. Lies, ultimately are about manipulating something that otherwise could not be breached under normal circumstances.

Woe to those who scheme iniquity, Who work out evil on their beds! When morning comes, they do it, For it is in the power of their hands. Micah 2:1

Transgression speaks to the wicked deep in his heart; there is no fear of God before his eyes. For he flatters himself in his own eyes that his iniquity cannot be found out and hated. The words of his mouth are trouble and deceit; he has ceased to act wisely and do good. He plots trouble while on his bed; he sets himself in a way that is not good; he does not reject evil. Psalms 36:1-4

While we sleep, liars lay awake planning their lies out and despising what is good. Having said that, lets look at four broad-based lies gay christians and their allies tell on the church and the bible.

1. Christians’ prejudice against homosexuals leads them to misread biblical texts about homosexuality.
Although as superficial a lie as one can tell, it nonetheless has made a serious impact of how some view the authority of scripture and the how it applies to sexual sins. This is the lie of misplaced blame. It supposes that Christians who disagree with homosexual behavior are the ones who created the biblical narrative opposing it, thus they are to blame for what it clearly says. To conveniently label all opposition to a sexual behavior —which carries a deadly spiritual and physical penalty— as “prejudice” is a ludicrous and illogical position. Its like saying opposition to suicide is prejudice against freewill. The truth is that the bible is straitforward about all sexual immorality and makes zero exemptions for homosexual behavior, no matter what context the behavior occurs in or whether the participants are willing or not. Prejudice is judgment without knowledge. But Christians who follow biblical teachings which clearly oppose all forms of homosexuality are acting with integrity and honesty to speak the truth despite the lies told against them.

2. Christian leaders speak out against homosexuality merely to raise funds and increase their visibility.

The lie of impropriety. Why not speak out to raise money? If the money is being used to further the truth, it becomes a necessary function of the mission, plain and simple. What media outlet is going to give Christian leaders free air time? Which ones will give free ad space? If free publicity is being denied due to media bias against Christian leaders who speak out against homosexuality, then raising money is ethical and should be expected. Homosexual activist organizations, particularly the religious ones speak out against Christian leaders while raising money and gain visibility but want to deny that same privilege to others?

3. Scriptures that  condemn homosexual behavior have actually been mistranslated.

This is what we can label a tactical lie. Nothing is lost by simple making broad, but untrue assertions. Ergo, this is  just another convenient tactic to muddy the waters and avoid honest debate about the truth. Has the bible been mistranslated when it comes to homosexuality? It depends on what your definition of mistranslation is.  With gay christians mistranslation means anything that isnt lock-step with their warped interpretations.  CARM (Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry) explains why there has been no mistranslaton. At the same time, every errant explanation spoken by a person claiming to be a Christian is no more applicable to the entire Christian faith as it is with any other group of people. We do know as an irrefutable statistical fact that 100% of bible passages [OT, NT] which mention homosexual behavior, condemn it using the strongest possible language. And each different writer who did so, did so independently of the other but all were guided by the inspiration of God.

4. Scriptures that  condemn homosexual behavior have been taken out of context and do not apply to our present society.

This is the second version of the tactical lie aka specious argumentation. By casting doubt on the context of scripture, it produces doubt about its truthful application.  Homosexual social strategists Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen, write in their book “After the Ball”  that homosexuals should “ muddy the moral waters, that is, to undercut the rationalizations that ‘justify’ religious bigotry and to jam some of its psychic rewards.”  This tactic is stenuously adhered to by the gay christian movement.

First, lets ask these questions in response to this tactical lie. What authority determined that God’s laws and condemnation of homosexuality does not apply to contemporary society? Is this authority credible? Did this authority receive direct revelation from God that his immutable, eternal word has no application to modern society? When did this happen and who is the authority who makes this brazen claim? I will wager that if such a person existed they would be indentified as a prohomosexual cleric who self serving ideology benefits only a small contigent of sexual outlaws and not the greater good of humanity and certainly not the Christian family.

The gay church: satan’s hot new trend

For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person–such a man is an idolater–has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. Therefore do not be partners with them. Ephesians 5:6-11

Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.
